    Long before I met that shy boy with the crooked smile, I realized I’ve always had a gypsy soul.     What Dreams May Come

    As I was sitting there in the dark this morning before dawn, I stared out at the dense fog and had the sudden urge to cry. I don’t know what triggered it. Perhaps because it’s been a while since I’ve had a dream of him. My favorite dreams were those where I knew that he was gone even though he was there right in front of me.
